目的采用HPLC法测定Beagle犬血浆中非诺贝酸的浓度,初步研究胆碱非诺贝酸缓释胶囊在犬体内的药动学特征。方法用乙腈直接沉淀血浆蛋白,以萘丁美酮为内标。采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(50∶50),检测波长为286 nm。6只Beagle犬单次口服胆碱非诺贝酸缓释胶囊135 mg,于后肢静脉取血,采用HPLC测定非诺贝酸的血药浓度,并用DAS2.0程序计算药动学参数。结果非诺贝酸的血药浓度0.20～40.00μg.mL-1与峰面积比的线性关系良好(r=0.999);相对回收率为88.22%～98.94%,绝对回收率为57.73%～58.65%;批内RSD
