目的探讨通络醒脑泡腾片对AD大鼠学习记忆和海马CKD5和GSK-3表达的影响,为其防治阿尔茨海默病提供依据。方法建立Aβ25-35海马注射痴呆大鼠模型,采用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力,采用免疫组织化学和图像分析技术定量分析大鼠海马CKD5和GSK-3表达。结果通络醒脑泡腾片能显著缩短训练第3天和第5天大鼠定向航行测试的逃避潜伏期,显著延长空间探索测试第一象限时间和有效区停留时间,缩短第三象限时间;能够显著降低海马区CDK5和GSK-3的表达,平均光密度值显著降低。结论通络醒脑泡腾片具有提高AD大鼠学习记忆能力,抑制海马CDK5和GSK-3表达的作用,提示其益智作用与抑制海马CDK5和GSK-3有关。
