石蒜碱脂质纳米乳的制备及抗肿瘤活性的初步研究

目的制备石蒜碱脂质纳米粒,考察体外抗肿瘤活性。方法制备石蒜碱-油酸复合物,溶剂注入法制备纳米乳,超滤法测定包封率,MTT法初步考察纳米乳的抗肿瘤活性。结果制备的纳米乳颗粒圆整均匀,形态良好,包封率为82%±1.4%,粒径为91.9±4.0 nm,PDI为0.171±0.013,Zeta电位为-50.4±5.4 mV。纳米乳较原药能更好抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。结论溶剂注入法制备的石蒜碱脂质纳米乳包封率较高,粒径大小分布均匀,较原药具有更强的抗肿瘤活性。
