中文摘要
目的分别测定栀子金花丸、玉叶清火片和清火栀麦片中西红花苷-1的含量。方法以前期分离的西红花苷-1为对照品,采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定3个厂家生产的含栀子的成药中西红花苷-1的含量。结果 UPLC法准确度和精密度高,方法稳定,3个成药中西红花苷-1的含量为0.0121%~0.0148%。结论所用方法准确、简便、快速,可用于中成药中西红花苷-1的含量控制。
