姜黄中倍半萜类化学成分的研究

目的研究姜黄的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱法分离纯化单体化合物并应用NMR技术鉴定其化学结构。结果分离纯化得到了3个化合物,分别鉴定为:6-(4,5-dihydroxy-4-methyl-cyclohex-2-en-1-yl)-2-hydroxy-2-methylheptan-4-one(Ⅰ),(6S)-2-methyl-6-[(1R,5S)-(4-methene-5-hydroxyl-2-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one](Ⅱ)和bisacurone B(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新天然产物。
