目的合成薯蓣皂苷类似物并初步研究其抗肿瘤活性。方法采用直接苷化法合成薯蓣皂苷类似物,并用MTT法筛选其体外抗癌活性。结果用简单高效的方法合成了化合物,并通过1HNMR、13CNMR、ESI-Q-TOF-MS和单晶衍射证实其结构。结论通过MTT法发现化合物Ⅴ和Ⅶ对乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB 231有一定的抑制作用。
