目的观察沙格列汀联合小剂量厄贝沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病患者血中TNF-α、CRP、IL-6及TGF-β1水平的影响。方法将100例符合试验标准的早期糖尿病肾病患者随机均分为沙格列汀+厄贝沙坦组和厄贝沙坦组。分别观察治疗前与治疗8周后患者临床指标包括糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Cr)和血尿素(UA),以及血浆中TNF-α、CRP、IL-6和TGF-β1浓度的变化。结果通过8周治疗后2组患者UAER、Cr和UA以及血浆中TNF-α、CRP、IL-6和TGF-β1浓度均较前明显下降,均有显著统计学差异(P0.05)。而沙格列汀+厄贝沙坦组患者HbA1c在治疗8周后较前有明显降低(P
