目的探讨重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对缺血大鼠神经生长因子蛋白表达的影响,并观察糖尿病对其影响。方法应用线栓法制作糖尿病及非糖尿病大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型后,将大鼠随机分为两组,治疗组连续sc rhG-CSF(50μg·kg-1·d-1),对照组注射等量生理盐水,进行神经功能缺损评分;计数神经细胞凋亡数量,检测NGF蛋白的表达。结果治疗组大鼠的神经功能缺损评分及缺血周边区域的TUNEL阳性细胞数均低于对照组的(P
