脂肪酸合酶是生物体内催化合成内源性脂肪酸的关键酶,其在正常细胞和组织中的含量很低,但在肿瘤细胞中,脂肪酸合酶有较高的表达。对脂肪酸合酶过表达的肿瘤细胞使用脂肪酸合酶抑制剂,可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,而对正常细胞无影响,这对肿瘤的治疗和预防提供了新的作用靶点。文中综述了脂肪酸合酶抑制剂的研究进展。
