维生素C和维生素E对果蝇繁殖力的影响

目的测定Vit C、Vit E对野生黑腹果蝇繁殖性能的影响。方法采用0.03%、0.09%、0.27%的Vit C、Vit E对果蝇进行单独和联用处理,统计子一代(F1)蛹数。结果 0.03%、0.09%Vit C处理组的F1蛹数显著高于对照组,平均增殖率分别为31.03%、77.34%;0.27%Vit C平均增殖率为-11.01%;3个浓度Vit E处理组的F1蛹数均显著高于对照组,平均增殖率依次为41.03%、41.58%、42.80%;Vit C+Vit E组F1蛹数与对照组F1数比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 Vit E、中低浓度Vit C对果蝇繁殖力均有明显的促进作用,两种维生素联用对果蝇繁殖力影响不显著。
