疏水性肺表面活性蛋白SP-B结构类似物的研究进展

肺表面活性蛋白B(SP-B)类似物α作为肺表面活性物质治疗剂,基于天然SP-B蛋白N-端、C-端、连接区域序列为模板的类似物在体外、体内试验中都表现出了良好的活性,其中类似物SP-B1-25与KL4表现最为突出,KL4已成功上市。同时基于SP-B蛋白N-端与C-端连结序列的Mini-B结构和根据其特殊的α螺旋结构设计的合成肽也显示出了很好的生物活性,显示出了成为SP-B替代物的巨大潜力。这些研究成果为人工合成表面活性物质替代天然表面活性物质治疗剂的应用作出了重要贡献。文中综述了SP-B结构类似物的研究进展。
