目的筛选制备最佳补骨脂素中空黏附微球的工艺处方。方法采用Box-behnken实验设计优化、筛选制备最佳补骨脂素中空黏附微球的工艺处方,并应用Design-Expert(8.0.4,试用版)软件分析试验结果。结果所得优化后的处方是投药量为12.36%(Y1)、乙基纤维素/EudragitEPO(EC/Eu)比值为2.27、PVA的浓度为1.53%,制备的补骨脂素中空黏附微球的药物含量为9.18%(Y1),6 h的百分释放率为76.15%(Y2),球形度为80.97%(Y3)。结论所用方法筛选制备补骨脂素中空黏附微球的最佳处方是可行的。
