目的采用HPLC测定大鼠血浆中的紫杉醇和多西他赛,分别考察两者在大鼠体内的药物动力学特点和差异。方法将16只SD大鼠随机均分为两组,分别单次注射多西他赛和紫杉醇;采用DAS药动学程序对经时血药浓度进行室模型拟合,并用SPSS软件比较参数。结果多西他赛与紫杉醇在大鼠体内的代谢均符合二室模型;两者的药物动力学参数采用方差分析和配对t检验,α、t1/2,α(h)、Vc均无显著性差异(P>0.05),β、t1/2,β(h)、AUC、Cl均有显著性差异(P
