目的探讨热疗联合化疗对卵巢癌铂敏感细胞株COC1和铂耐药细胞株COC1/DDP增殖、凋亡的作用、逆转耐药细胞的耐药性及其可能机制。方法采用MTT法检测热疗及联合不同浓度的顺铂(1.25、2.5、5、10、20μg.mL-1)对卵巢癌细胞株COC1,COC1/DDP生长的抑制作用;RT-PCR法检测两种细胞株中Survivin基因及ERCC1基因mRNA表达的差异。结果细胞株COC1/DDP在42℃联合顺铂作用下凋亡率增加明显,细胞半数致死量由4.98μg.mL-1(37℃)降至1.82μg.mL-1(42℃),对顺铂的敏感性增加了2.78倍(P0.05);42℃时细胞株中ERCC1基因和survivin基因的mRNA表达量均低于37℃时的表达(P
