目的研究不同分子量的罗非鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白多肽对体外培养新生小鼠颅骨MC3T3-E1细胞增殖与Ⅰ型胶原蛋白分泌及Ⅰ型胶原蛋白mRNA表达的影响。方法采用WST-8法测定胶原蛋白多肽对小鼠成骨细胞株MC3T3-E1细胞增殖的影响,ELISA法检测胶原蛋白多肽对MC3T3-E1细胞Ⅰ型胶原蛋白分泌的影响,采用real-time PCR分析不同分子量的胶原蛋白多肽对Ⅰ型胶原蛋白mRNA表达的影响。结果胶原蛋白多肽能促进MC3T3-E1细胞增殖(P
