目的研究苏子油脂肪乳(POE)对脓毒症大鼠的保护作用。方法将♂SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、POE高、低剂量组(20、5 mL.kg-1.d-1)。通过大鼠尾静脉输注生理盐水或POE 7 d后,采用盲肠结扎穿刺手术复制脓毒症大鼠动物模型。术后6 h取大鼠血浆,测定IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10水平,并观察术后72 h大鼠的生存率。结果与模型组比较,POE高剂量组可降低脓毒症大鼠血浆中IL-1β、IL-6的含量(P
