目的观察硫辛酸对多发性脑梗死大鼠的抗氧化能力的影响。方法建立大鼠多发性脑梗死模型,观察硫辛酸对大鼠神经行为学评分、脑组织中总抗氧化能力、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。结果硫辛酸能明显改善多发性脑梗死大鼠的神经行为学,提高脑组织中GSH-Px、GSH的含量及总抗氧化能力,降低MDA的含量。结论硫辛酸能有效提高大鼠多发性脑梗死脑组织中GSH-Px和GSH的含量,从而改善其神经系统症状。
