目的观察牛Ⅱ型胶原诱导川西恒河猴关节炎后,相关炎症指标与关节X光影像学的变化。方法将6只恒河猴分别sc 1.5 mg牛Ⅱ型胶原诱导关节炎,检测恒河猴的体重、体温、血液学及血生化指标,观察恒河猴的症状并每天进行临床相关性评分。免疫后第4周与第8周分别进行四肢关节的X光影像学分析。结果 6只恒河猴中有1只属于急性活动期反应(免疫后第1周CRP>50 mg·L-1),3只属于慢性活动期反应(免疫后第4周开始CRP>50 mg·L-1);注射胶原后猴的体重增长率
