拉帕替尼白蛋白纳米粒冻干粉针的制备与表征

目的制备和表征拉帕替尼白蛋白纳米粒,并优化冻干粉针的工艺。方法将拉帕替尼与白蛋白在体外结合后,用卵磷脂分散即得拉帕替尼白蛋白纳米粒;采用粒径仪和冷冻透射电镜进行表征;采用单因素和正交设计对冻干粉针的工艺和支架剂进行优化。结果该纳米粒只需通过简单的搅拌、旋转蒸发即可得到,工艺简便;粒径为66.8 nm,Zeta电位约20 m V,经电镜表征证明该纳米粒为明显的核壳结构;6%牛血清白蛋白作为冻干支架剂的效果最好,冻干复溶后粒径约110 nm。结论成功制备了拉帕替尼冻干粉针,其具较好的复溶效果。
