微波辐射下以聚乙二醇相转移催化醛法制备腈

目的探索一条以醛类化合物为原料,快速、高效合成腈衍生物的方法。方法在脱水剂氢氧化钾和相转移催化剂聚乙二醇复合催化和微波促进作用下,将底物醛与盐酸羟胺采用"一步合成法"制备相应的腈。结果在微波功率250 W,反应温度250℃条件下,以聚乙二醇-400为相转移催化剂,分别考察了以脂肪醛、芳香醛、杂环醛为原料制备相应的腈,所有反应均在15 min内完成,且收率≥80%。结论所用方法高效、价廉、绿色环保。
