目的采用高效凝胶渗透色谱法(HPGPC)测定羟乙基淀粉200/0.5氯化钠注射液中的分子量。方法以醋酸盐缓冲液为流动相;柱温35℃;流速0.7mL·min-1;色谱柱为凝胶色谱柱Ultrohydrogel 1000(300mm×7.8m,10μm)。结果重均分子量为1.9×105～2.9×105。结论所建方法简便、准确、精密度好。
