目的 :观察血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )受体拮抗剂氯沙坦对老年患者的降压效果及耐受性。方法 :6 0例患者每天服用氯沙坦钾 (科素亚 )片 5 0mg ,疗程 4～ 8周 ,服药前后监测 2 4h动态血压以评价降压疗效 ,并观察治疗过程中出现的副作用及肝、肾功能变化等 ,判断其耐受性。结果 :全部患者 2 4h收缩压和舒张压均明显下降 (P
