目的采用RP-HPLC法测定阿戈美拉汀原料药的含量。方法色谱柱为Plastil-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为230nm。结果线性回归方程为:Y=2.283×104X-1.353×104(r=0.9999),线性范围为5～80μg·mL-1,平均回收率为100.4%(n=9),RSD=0.97%。结论所建方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于阿戈美拉汀原料药的含量测定。
