红景天中红景天苷的提取工艺研究

中文摘要
目的优化红景天中红景天苷的提取工艺。方法以红景天苷转移率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验方法 ,优化提取工艺。结果最佳工艺为8倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论优化后的提取工艺稳定,红景天苷的转移率达90%以上。
