欧洲两地和中国西南山区飞蓬挥发油成份的比较

目的：阐明生态环境对飞蓬属植物挥发油成份的影响。方法：采用气质联用法检测Ｅｒｉｇｅｒｏｎ ａｃｅｒ Ｌ．挥发油成份。结果：共鉴定出５９个化合物。欧洲两地产飞蓬挥发油的化学组成几乎相同，主要成份都是反式－罗勒烯α－金合欢烯、母菊酯、ｌａｃｈｎｏｐｈｙｌｌｕｎ ｅｓｔｅｒ、２－β－烯和反式－β－金合欢烯，其余成份和含量也基本相近。而中国产飞蓬挥发油的主成份为 ｌａｃｈｎｏｐｈｙｌｌｕｎ ｅｓｔｅｒ、β－石竹烯和橙花醛，而母菊酯、反式－罗勒烯、反式－β－金合欢烯和α－金合欢烯含量很低或未检出。结论：中国与欧洲出产的飞蓬在挥发油成份上有很大差别，生长环境是影响本属植物挥发油成份的重要因素之一。
