中文摘要
目的评价凤宁防治实验性乳腺增生的作用并探讨其相关机制。方法用雌二醇(E2)制备兔乳腺增生模型,考察药物的防治作用;观察药物对正常大鼠血清E2、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)、雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)表达的影响。结果口服凤宁8、16g·kg-1可显著减少乳腺小叶数目,减轻腺泡扩张,减少乳腺导管(P
