目的观察白藜芦醇治疗高脂血症大鼠心肌间隙连接蛋白43的表达,阐述白藜芦醇降血脂作用的分子机制。方法将50只Wistar大鼠随机均分为正常组、高脂模型组、白藜芦醇高、中、低(150、100、50mg·kg-1·d-1)剂量组,尾静脉取血,测血清中的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)等指标;Trizol法提取心肌总RNA,利用RT-PCR技术和免疫组织化学方法结合激光共聚焦技术测定间隙连接蛋白43在正常、高脂、给药3种情况下的差异。结果高脂血症时,血清中的TC、TG、LDL、NEFA含量升高(P
