目的 建立聚丙交酯乙交酯纳米粒中质粒DNA包封率的测定方法。方法 将纳米粒超速冷冻离心后 ,用溴化乙锭荧光法测定上清液中质粒DNA的含量 ,激发波长 5 4 6nm ,发射波长 5 90nm。结果 测量线性范围 0 2 76～ 17 6 4 8μg·ml-1,回收率 97 2 % ,日内RSD
