目的 探讨3,4-亚甲二氧基苯丙胺(MDMA)对大鼠空间学习记忆功能的急性影响。方法 对照组(A)腹腔注射等体积生理盐水,实验组(B、C、D、E)分别腹腔注射MDMA 3、5、10、20 mg·kg-1;两组分别于用药后第7天行Morris水迷宫实验。结果 无论是定向航行实验、还是空间探索实验,对照组与实验组(MDMA 3、50、10、20 mg·kg-1)大鼠在逃避潜伏期和穿原平台所在位置的次数上均无统计学差异。结论 MDMA对成年大鼠的学习记忆功能无明显影响。
