目的 改进雌激素类化合物 3位酚羟基的甲醚化工艺。方法 以含 3-酚羟基的雌激素类化合物为原料 ,丙酮为溶剂 ,在碳酸钾存在下与硫酸二甲酯反应。结果 以高收率合成了目的化合物。结论 该工艺操作简便、试剂价廉易得、产率高 ,实现了对原有工艺的改进。
