目的研究砂仁对大鼠功能性消化不良的治疗作用及其可能机制。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组和实验组。测定各组大鼠胃排空,并测定大鼠血浆及胃窦组织P物质、胃动素的含量。结果模型组大鼠胃排空明显低于对照组(P0.05);模型组大鼠血浆及胃窦组织P物质、胃动素的含量明显低于对照组(P
