目的 观察缬沙坦、贝那普利对肱动脉流量介导的舒张功能的干预作用。方法 采用随机、对照、单盲的方法将有高血压的患者4 8例分为缬沙坦组,和贝那普利组,8周为1个疗程。治疗前、后分别进行肱动脉血管超声检测。结果 高血压患者肱动脉流量介导的舒张功能较正常人减低(P
