目的测定药物的电离常数。方法利用全自动滴定仪,通过对仪器模式与参数进行设置,实现了pKa测定的自动化。结果快速测定了化学试剂、原料药、成品药的电离常数,与文献值符合,测定相对误差小于2.54%,RSD≤1.59%。结论此方法快速、方便、准确。
