中文摘要
目的研究姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞株生长的影响。方法利用体外细胞培养模型,应用MTT法分析姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞生长的影响。结果姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞生长有一定的抑制作用,且具有剂量依赖性,但较姜黄素的抑制效应弱。结论姜黄素衍生物对不同肿瘤细胞生长具有抑制作用。
