目的研究补充UV-B辐射对浙贝母品质的影响。方法给大田生长的三年生浙贝母叶补充不同剂量的UV-B辐射,研究其生长、生理及生物碱含量的变化。结果适量补充UV-B辐射对浙贝母的生长影响不大,其过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量降低,而紫外吸收物及生物碱的含量均升高。结论可通过补充UV-B辐射来提高浙贝母的生物碱含量,生产出更优质的药材。
