叶酸脂质体的研究进展

发展选择性破坏肿瘤组织的肿瘤靶向治疗已成为当今肿瘤治疗的主导方向。鉴于许多恶性肿瘤细胞膜表面叶酸受体活性和数量显著高于正常细胞,叶酸脂质体通过叶酸分子修饰脂质体所获得的主动受体型靶向脂质体,在肿瘤靶向治疗中具有潜在应用价值。本文就叶酸受体及其在肿瘤细胞的表达、叶酸脂质体工作原理及其制备技术、叶酸脂质体介导的肿瘤靶向治疗等研究进展做一综述。
