评价雷替曲塞结肠定位包衣片的体外溶出度

目的测定雷替曲塞结肠定位包衣片的体外溶出度。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以雷替曲塞结肠定位包衣片为样品,考察了不同溶出介质、转速、溶出方法、溶出体积、介质浓度对溶出度的影响。结果2 h前,以150 ml 0.1 mol.L-1盐酸、2h后,以150 ml磷酸二氢钾的磷酸盐-氢氧化钠缓冲液(pH6.8)为溶出介质,最后45 min,以150 ml磷酸二氢钠-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液(pH7.8)为溶出介质。采用小杯法,在转速为50 r.min-1、恒温条件下溶出,雷替曲塞结肠定位包衣片的溶出行为良好。结论文中方法可以作为雷替曲塞结肠定位包衣片的体外溶出度评价方法。
