龟板、黄芪、丹参、党参上调K562细胞~Gγ-珠蛋白mRNA的表达

目的研究龟板、黄芪、丹参、党参在体外对K562细胞Gγ-珠蛋白mRNA表达的上调作用。方法以K562细胞为体外模型,应用荧光定量RT-PCR技术研究药物诱导后Gγ-珠蛋白基因mRNA表达水平的变化。结果龟板、黄芪、丹参、党参作用K562细胞5 d后,Gγ-珠蛋白mRNA的表达增加(最高达3.7倍)。与丁酸钠组比较,黄芪组诱导K562细胞Gγ-珠蛋白基因mRNA的表达可持续3~5 d,而丁酸钠组仅1 d。结论龟板、黄芪、丹参、党参有望成为一种有效的γ蛋白基因诱导剂。
