根据脂质体在血液中的分布和储留时间、在肿瘤组织中的积聚、从肿瘤毛细血管中渗漏及其在肿瘤组织中截留的研究,综述了脂质体的粒径在药物动力学中发挥的作用,并讨论了其粒径在设计抗肿瘤脂质体药物时的重要性。
