川芎和白术挥发油的提取及包合工艺

目的考察强力生骨颗粒中川芎和白术的挥发油的提取及包合条件。方法选择挥发油与β-环糊精比例、加水量、包合温度、超声时间4个因素进行正交试验,以包合物的收得率、包合率综合评分为评价指标,确定挥发油最佳包合工艺条件。结果最佳包合工艺为8 gβ-环糊精,溶于60 ml水,加入1 ml挥发油,在40℃下超声包合20 min,滤过,40℃干燥4 h,研磨,过100目筛。结论强力生骨颗粒的挥发油包合工艺合理可行。
