目的研究幽门螺杆菌(HP)培养滤液对SGC7901胃癌细胞表达hTERT、Bcl-2蛋白的影响。方法在HP培养滤液诱导前后,采用流式细胞仪检测SGC7901胃癌细胞hTERT、Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果对照组SGC7901胃癌细胞表达hTERT和Bcl-2蛋白的阳性细胞数和荧光指数显著低于经HP培养滤液诱导的SGC7901胃癌细胞组(P
