目的鉴定全合成的新型抗肿瘤抑制剂Combretastatin A-4磷酸酯二钠盐(CA4P)及有关物质的化学结构。方法采用红外分光光度法(IR),经溴化钾压片,在波数4000~400 cm-1扫描。结果光谱中各特征峰2940、2830、1600~1500、1200~1000 cm-1等分别为甲基、次甲基、苯环和乙烯C=C及C-O-C等基团的伸缩振动。结论MS和NMR数据证实了合成的目标化合物为CA4P及其有关物质。
