RP-HPLC测定不同产地飞蓬中的灯盏乙素

目的用RP-HPLC法测定民族药物飞蓬中的灯盏乙素。方法色谱柱用Shim-pack VP-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相A为乙腈、B为0.2%醋酸水溶液;梯度洗脱程序为:15%~20%A(0~10min),20%~25.3%A(10~30min),25.3%~40%A(30~50min),40%~15%A(50~60min);流速1.0ml.min-1;检测波长335nm。结果线性范围为0.27~5.40μg(r=0.9999,n=5);平均回收率为98.7%,RSD=2.1%(n=9)。结论所建方法准确、简便,可作为测定飞蓬中灯盏乙素的方法。
