目的采用亚临界水为流动相,分析苯等芳烃化合物。方法构建了4.6mm内径柱的亚临界水色谱-紫外检测仪器装置,考察了影响亚临界水色谱保留和柱效的因素。结果苯、甲苯等在建立的条件下获得良好分离。结论升高温度使亚临界水的反相洗脱能力增强,并可得到柱效的最佳值;高温下可采用高流速来提高分析速度。
