目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)对人肾小球系膜细胞 (MC)促增殖效应及地塞米松 (DXM)对其的抑制作用。方法 培养人肾MC ,采用3 H -胸腺嘧啶掺入法 (3 H -TdR掺入法 )测定MC增殖 :ELISA法测定细胞因子 (IL1)及细胞外基质ECM(FN、LN)。结果 TNFα明显刺激MC3 H -TdR掺入 ,与对照组比较P
