目的 探讨奥氮平快速镇静疗法对急性期精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法 利用PANSS兴奋因子、CGI、TESS ,在治疗前、治疗后 12、72h和 1、2、4周 6个时点 ,对 32例接受奥氮平快速镇静疗法治疗的急性期精神分裂症患者进行疗效和不良反应观察。结果 32例患者中的 2 9例完成了整个治疗过程 ,并表现出较好的临床疗效 ,有效率为 91%。与治疗前比较 ,CGI-SI评分在治疗后 12h就表现具有显著意义 (t=1.98,P
