目的探讨Combretastatin A4磷酸酯二钠(CA4P)对血管生成的影响。方法建立鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)模型及兔角膜新生血管(CNV)模型,评价CA4P对两种模型中血管生成的影响。结果与对照组相比,CA4P高、中剂量具有明显的抑制CAM血管生成的作用(P
