本文主要从酒的代谢与生理作用论述了酒在机体的吸收与血中浓度及其相应症状,与药物的相互作用。过量饮酒可致脏器损害、酒瘾和酒精依从症,胎儿性酒精综合征。最后提出了对健康有益的饮酒标准:少量乃至中等量每天饮纯酒50ml 以内有益于身体健康,每日饮100ml 则有害,每日饮150ml则非常危险。
