在治疗药物监测中，有关成人的药动学参数不适用于儿童。针对儿科药物监测的特点，特阐述了儿童用药过量的体内过程、药物代谢的种族差异性以及新生儿体内存在的某些内源性物质对药物监测的干扰等。
