氢化泼尼松(Pred)10、20mg/kg可显著增加肝脏MDA含量,降低肝微粒体及线粒体膜荧光强度(F)、荧光偏振度(P)及平均微粘度(η),同时肝匀浆及微粒体GST酶活性亦降低,结果表明Pred可增加肝脏膜脂质过氧化作用及膜流动性,降低GST酶催化的研结合功能。
